Stuart Davis
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Stuart Davis founded City Wok in 1990 after several years of concept and recipe research, and training with native, traditional Chinese chefs. Mr. Davis is an active member of the California Restaurant Association and local professional organizations. Prior to City Wok, he held a variety of restaurant management positions. Mr. Davis holds a degree in Political Science from UCLA.
Tucker W. “Bill” Main
Chief Operations Officer
In addition to holding the position of City Wok’s COO, Mr. Main is a nationally recognized foodservice management consultant and author. He has worked with over 350 clients in the United States and Canada. After receiving a BS in Economics from Oregon State in 1969, Bill began his foodservice career and has developed, owned and operated three of the nation’s most profitable restaurants. In 1997 he served as President of the California Restaurant Association and is currently a member of the CRA Education Foundation.
Joe Chow
Director of Culinary
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Joe Chow learned the foodservice business working in his family’s restaurant. After coming to the United States in 1971, he spent three years as Corporate Chef of Panda Express, and fifteen years as Executive Chef of Los Angeles-based Chin Chin Restaurants.

Dan Rowe
Managing Director, Franchise Sales
Dan Rowe is Co-Founder of Fransmart and has been the company’s president and CEO for the past five years. Prior to that, Mr. Rowe was president of Franchise Development Company where he worked with four franchise restaurant concepts. He has sold over 1,000 franchise units.
Chris Bright
Executive Vice President
Chris Bright is Co-Founder of ZPizza International and Fransmart, franchisor and exclusive sales agent of ZPizza. During his tenure with Fransmart the company has sold over 1,000 franchise units on behalf of four emerging restaurant concepts. Mr. Bright was a multi-unit franchisee of Chesapeake Bagel Bakery and has extensive experience in commercial banking and the business finance industry. Mr. Bright graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985 with a degree in Business Administration.
